like the title said Always wear your helmet. this happened about 2 months ago and damn I got lucky to walk away!!!
I was coming around to do a 180 stall all nice and slow and the bike just died. stupid slow little wreck but I'm glad I had my helmet on.

. honestly I am sore from this crash still!! and jackman from either the neck impact or the arm twist or whatever happened, maybe a partial dislocation and pop back in
but anyways I have had a fully snapped left wrist before when I was young and it felt just like that. I thought my hand was snapped or crushed , and then my forearm , then elbow and then shoulder and, then I started getting feeling and movement back to it but the whole left shoulder down was DEAD!! worst 15-20 minutes of extreme pain I've ever felt.

yup. ripped them from just right of my package all the way to my ankle. right glove got speared by the front brake lever and locked my hand on and the pants got sheared by the top of the forks I think.

and hell yeah it hurt even with the helmet. I have a sore neck and back right now from it still, "my neck!!, my back!!!! MY NECK AND BACK!!!! "

for helmets:YEAH if I didn't have one on I would be seriously messed up, if I was even breathing still.
