Throttle TRauma 2: Street Kings Trailer is up
Final trailer fro Throttle trauma 2 is done the movie is still a few weeks away. This is most likely my last motorcycle stunt documentary. Time to move on to diff subjects. I have gained so much experience and met ton of cool people over the past 5 years since i shot my first stunt related video frame.
My first film was a great learning experience, and this 2nd one has actually taken just under 2 years to make.
It usualy takes me 2 years to complete a movie, and thats just becuse a the season in canada is kinda short(depending on the year of course) and self funding projects is always fun, eithe way. I would never give it up for anything.
This time around for "Street Kings" I had the opportunity to travel to LA and VEGas and catch up with a few people. I'll go down the list
John Z - associate editor -ssb magazine
Kane Friesen
Apex
I also met up with Inolen few years ago in the Hills, that was a ******* blast. Poor bastard just got his bike up and running and the same night got himself some FIX IT tickets, such a good time. Thanks for the MAndem Inolen, lol!!!! We went through a rodablock and the cops didnt even bother stopping us, we go lucky cuz i'm sure we had some bike saftey issues going on.
I also met Atila a photographer who MANDEMD me while filming Inolen. And we also got into the HIN in pomona with some smooth talking, Thank you sir.
I know that SSB gets a lot of **** from everyone, but i just want to say that John Z was good people. We spoke for over 1 hr @ the shop in the SSB building. HE put up with all my questions and them some, thanks again for your time. I think SSB is doing the best it can to expose stunt riding and the bike culture to other people. Can they be doing more, sure, but so can we as riders and spectators and filmmakers. Were in the same boat, lets keep it above the water.
I met Apex in vegas last year, i flew there for a day from LA, got in early in the morning and didnt sleep till the next day 6am-ready for my flight back to Vancouver. We did do a interview @ one of the casino hotels, that was quite the experiece for me, i never been to vegas, i woudlnt say i was "shocked" but it was definalty cool to be there and experience it in such a way, rushed no sleep, trying to get interviews done. I actually drove to VEGas few montsh ago from LA and met up with apex for a quick lot session, good ****. Apex kills it on the bike, when i first saw him ride last year i was like "is he going to crash into me?" -he never did.
Kane, funny story, i stayed @ a place in VEgas that was literaly 5min drive from his house, what are the chances. I didnt get around to filming Kane ride as he had a busy weeknd but we did manage to sit and talk for a while, definalty a character. Sport like this needs someone like him, he knows what he wants.
Hollywood B, a cool cat from seattle was down here for a monster truck show, i met him and i needed to talk to him next morning @ the spot and it was so funny, hes a character.
Dirty D is another cat from seattle, he was rocking circles around his suitcase, haahah..too funny. My goal was to go to seattle and film a street ride but that didnt pan out. Maybe one day, i will have to do, u never know.
So that was my US story, now to teh Canadian story we go, what can i say. I ******* respect all the guys riding hard all year through rain, snow and sun. This is the best bunch of ******* i know and wouldnt trade em for anything, not even booze, heh.
All the local riders that are in the movie, we got
Superdave
Adam
MArk
Matty
Gas
skeeter
Noodlehead
Izzy
lenzin
leif
jacky
thor
these guys are really awesome, they are good people, its a honor to have friens like these.
If i forgot to mention someone, sorry... its late and i'm bloody tired.
And on that bloody note
here is teh trailer.
I know this type of **** isnt for everyone but hey, we all have different tastes and ideas where and how this sport should be promoted and exposed, this is just one of them.
Enjoy, critique, hate.... just make sure to watch it(and rate it, lol)

Re: Throttle TRauma 2: Street Kings Trailer is up
Wow.. all I can say. My hat is off to you buddy. It's an honor to have someone so talented who can capture the spirit we all have and present it to the rest of the world. Can't wait for the release date.
Re: Throttle TRauma 2: Street Kings Trailer is up
looks like a sweet video... could have a better delivery though. Makes it out like we all have something to wine about like a couple of emo kids.
maybe it's a west coast thing but i thought we're all in it to have fun, not "who can do what better then the next" and talk about the "struggle" to stuntride

Re: Throttle TRauma 2: Street Kings Trailer is up
hater in every sport everywhere. people like that you either brush them off or challenge them. i played basketball all my life and everywhere you go everyone thinks they are an all-star. guys would talk **** and i would just challenge them any day of the week and give them a good *** woopin. think you guys should hit up this guy on the vid and give him a chance to be mr. bad ***. People like that all you have to do is challenge them and either watch them crash and burn or out come the excuses. if it is so easy why isnt he stuntin and going pro to make the big bills. im sure his ballin out of control hitting up the race track. who is that guy anyways
Re: Throttle TRauma 2: Street Kings Trailer is up
sick trailer for sure. definately looks like a super-professional, well made documentary, looking into the lifestyle we all live for....PASSION. cant speak for anyone else, but i eat, sleep, and breathe for this stuff. and most people never understand "whats so hard about a wheelie".
Props on the trailer man.......
