I don't think it's a repost, the date on the video shows April 22. The guy on the bike got lucky and got right up on his feet. Then the cop shut him down, damn! That's kind of frustrating. I wonder what the biker did but he surely didn't deserve that unless he was Bin Laden haha.

Thats ****** bullshit right there! He must have done something real bad to deserve that ****.In N.C. they chase you for a couple minutes and give up.They know that 9 out of 10 times its a lost cause.Dude must have killed somebody or robbed the local dunkin doughnuts at breaktime or some ****

I had a pit move pulled on me while evading out here.. but I picked my **** up and took back off with a cop hanging off my back seat 
My lawyer basically told me I was fucked in my case. That there was no excess force since I was endangering the lives of law-abiding citizens and the mere mention of it would just **** the DA off and **** any deals I had going over even more.

if the guy was an armed robber or a rappist then yes run that bitch over but the fact that the cops said some thing to him about running and nothing about a bank robbery or any thing like that then i think the cop should be charged with attempted murder, excessive force, battery, douchebaggery

The cop made a comment "don't run from the police" and the guy said
"I know, but I got marijuana in my pocket".
None of that indicates that the guy was doing anything worse than speeding.

looks like he was going left around the oncoming cruiser, then they compensated, so he decided to go right, and they compensated again... definately intentional

i would have faked that i was unconcious....and some combulsions.... then when i got the tape.. id sue everyoneeeeeeeeee thats totally ilegal crap.... its like shooting you in the head for smoking on a no smoking area or something....what if the guy dies on the crash?
