I host everything off of the Nascency site...I convert everything to flash files and run a player on my site...this way I can control the output settings and get the quality that I want for the clips. On the one hand it sucks because I tend to go with larger file sizes and the buffer to watch them is longer, but the image quality is more important to me in the long run.

Unfortunately I don't do downloads anymore because it was too easy for people to take my stuff and try and pass it off as their own (editing out intro logos, etc)...sorry...

Going someplace like that and meeting so many good people definitely pushes you to improve yourself in all aspects I think...I was actually a little nervous putting this one up becauuse the Frenchies make some sick vids...gotta make sure I'm up to snuff...
