check your reed valves. sounds gay but that was the problem with mine all along.
take them out and spray them with some brake parts cleaner, then reinstall. you will know instantly if that was the problem.

I couldnt get the vid to work, when i tried to open it my screen went black and couldnt get my cpu to respond... happened 3 times. Odd.

Any links on myspace or youtube to it so i can at least watch it???
