I agree, once a cop tells you to do something... you DO it. As an ex-cop, it was incredibly frustrating to have to argue with idiots like this. What, the guy thought the cop was LYING to him about speeding? There are more than enough speeders out there to keep cops busy so they don't have to go start lying about it. The girlfried is lucky she didn't get shot as well... as far as the cop knew, she was coming around the corner of that van to shoot him or knock him in the head. Obey the law!

You guys may have a point about the guy deserving it for not listeneing to the cop in the first place, but isnt it a law that they have to warn you before tazing you?

Maybe thats why the cop lies to his other cop buddy at the end?
Says he warned him that he was going to taze him, but he didnt! He just tazed him....

I dunno I dont like tazers especially since someone was killed at an airport here in Canada a while ago, he got tazed and 1 min later he was dead....I think id rather take a bullet, cause at least then its either you make it or you dont...Who know how a taze might affect your nervous system later on in your life...I bet in a few years theyll have some study that finds they do irraparilbe damage to your body....

U know, its a lose lose situations w/cops. They have so much power that ur word never matters. For example, dude asked repeatedly what his speed was, cop never answered. So dude said he doesn't want to sign ticket, probably b/c he didn't believe he was speeding, seeing how cop couldn't quote speed he clocked him at. Now for those of you that say, "he just should have signed" yes he could have....and would have gone to court and have to pay it anyway, regardless if he's speeding or not(unless cop doesn't show up, which I'm sure this cop would have)....LOSE, LOSE situation...

this cop is an *******. he tells the guy to get out of the car, then he ****** does that ****? their was no need to taser this guy. he could have taken him into custody without the taser gun. cops are pussies!!!!!
