Funniest part was your buddy swearing in slow-mo.

Looks like you got away from that crash unharmed.

Well it was a smooth wheelie and thought I had control until it came back a little to the point where I needed the brake so I pushed my toe down to brake and to my surprise, the brake wasn't there. By then I was on the bar and lost it. I was in second gear, and wasn't using the brake during the wheelie as i do when I ride a slow 1st gear wheelie. So my foot wasn't covering the pedal and never relized it until it was to late.

Damn man--I've done the same exact thing on my 929--Thats a really tough save--it happens so quick...once it pivots your done...looks like the road you were on might have had a crown on it...? I usually just run out of it just to watch my poor stator cover go bye bye.

Re: My 929 wheelie crash video clip

maannn that sux, i thought u had all the brake control u needed, by the sound of the motor it seemed like u were just slowing it up with the engine break. U even hit the bar clean. The bike did fall good though, i was waiting to see it flip. good thing it didnt

Re: My 929 wheelie crash video clip

Haha not only I lost a shoe, but my wallet got ripped out of my jean *** pocket, (pocket went with it). Needless to say it's rashed too. I wasn't trying to 12 it, so I wasn't prepared for a 12 scrape. Caught me off guard when it happened so my foot wasn't over the rear brake when I needed it there. As you see in the video I was looking for it The wheelie was slowing down from rolling in the balance point, or maybe thats what was meant by the engine brake, I don't know. I do it all the time, I just wasn't prepared for it coming passed that point I guess. It happened to fast to think. Oh well, crashing is learning like they say. :YEAH

Bike did fall good, I drove it home with a broken cage, foot peg, twisted forks in the triple (that was an easy fix, just loosened everything and kicked the front wheel straight). Oh, and a badly bent lip on my rear rim that was filled with ashfalt. Don't ask me how it held air
