I used to think so too! Ive bought 2 full systems 4-5 cans and a Ti mid pipe from them. When I bought my 03 R6 full system they didnt have a passenger bracket for it. About 4 months after I bought it I read on a American message board that they actually made a bracket kit for that system. And that all you had to do was Email them your address and they were shipping you the bracket kit for free. 10-15 people all chimed in confirming that the recieved their kits in the mail all in the US. I Email saying I heard about what they were doing and Id really appreciate 1 and Id even pay for shipping even though I was in Canada.

I get a nice message saying I can purchase the bracket kit for 100$ from any Hindle dealer! Thanks so you send them free to the guys in the US that get their slipons for close to nothing. But the guy in Canada that payed up the *** for his full system has to pay again for it

And just when they start to actually impress me with new stuff like Ti parts, laser cut (instead of bandsawed) brackets, and stamped logos on the tips.
