Man, this thread has been hanging on for ever. For what its worth I can still walk out and do a set of 20 pull ups. My running sucks and I can still hammer out push ups and sit ups. I've been trying to gain some wieght so I quit running. While I'm in Iraq anyhow.

I busted out like 15 the firstime i ever tryed..pull up is about is about the only thing boot camp gave me....i can do pull all day,it kinda becomes addictive lol

my last pt test was last month, just NG for now, 57 push ups 1 min 38 situps 1 min and my run time one mile 10 mins i ******* hate running with the passion of a thousand burning suns!

you'd be surprised at how quick the body responds to stressing it out and moreover how fast it adapts and how quick you progress. you just have to not be too much of a pansy about things.

Not in the service but i got 20 consecutive only 165lbs am i allowed to post lol 
your hands should be shoulder length for the test?? wide grip is deff harder. i got some good vids for you guys let me find something
41 consecutive wide grips REDICULAS just to get into bar tendaz i think you need 3 sets of 15..
