It's probably the most boring day of my life, and on top of that the doctors are ********. Gave me a temp dq because of an ingrown toenail, so I gotta get it cut out and go back up saturday.

Marines. I know it's nothing, just a pain in the ***, and made me kind of mad that something as stupid as an ingrown toenail can prevent me from going in (for now).

Thats what I did, thats why I said mep's sucks, haha. I tryed hard not to laugh when they had us waddling like a damn duck in our boxers. I REALLY wanted to blow some *** when the doc told me to turn around and spread my cheeks, haha.

Ahhh gotta go back tommarow night, got the clearance letter from the doc.

Just gotta show them the letter, my toe, have my interview with the liason, and then swear in...

 

i yelled at one of the people at meps once...they were telling me i couldn't have my text book out...i told them too bad i had a test, and last i checked i didn't have to be here...if they wanted me to join they could deal with me studying.

only people who hate life work there and they take it out on you.

 

Yea man, the dude who was monitoring the **** test was a complete diick. They have the office in the bathroom (with a screen up) and the sink is 2 feet away. I gave the lady my cup, went to wash my hands, and the dude freaked out and told me to wait. I had to watch her do some paperwork, and when she was finished I was aloud to wash up.

I realize it's the military, but it's not damn bootcamp yet.

So i got a clearance letter from the doc who did my little surgery, went up to harrisburg yesterday and sat in the hotel from 5 to whenever I feel asleep, woke up at 3:50, got there and saw the doc bt 6:30.


TDQ NUMBER 2!!!!!!! Wooooooo, fun fun, especially because my ride wouldnt be there till 12:30 and I cant do anything till thats cleared up.

I wanted to throw that doc through the wall.

ya how about being there all day and then having to miss ur ship date cuz ur name dosent pop up in the FBI data base, then going back home to explain all that and then shipping out 3 days later

 

Like i said the people who work there hate life, barely do their job, and take it out on the kids trying to enlist.

we got ditched by our recruiter and left at MEPS 60 miles from home.

So we called my dad from the pay phone and he chewed some peoples asses and called our grandparents to come get us. Same crap happened when my brother flew out to AIT...he was supposed to be picked up at the airport...nope...had to call home...Dad called out to Edgewood and chewed some *** again.

that idiot recruiter screwed me out of a huge bonus too.
