robs chop shop charges are BS, i know the whole story behind that. he worked at a tuner shop, and the boss there was shady, and rob took the fall. that place is out of business now.

hey sorry not to change the subject (hope all is well w/ your friend), but do any of yall know a guy named Shaw Barker. down in daytona. he rides a solid blue 99 gxsr 750. friend of mine that im trying to get a hold of.

**UPDATE**
Hey guys figured I would tell you all what is going on...
I just got off the phone with Rob and we are trying to get a bond reduction hearing for his 3 VOP's that don't have a bond.... I am still waiting on the lawyer to call me back and tell me what is up with everything... He really doens't want to miss the birth of his child, he doesn't really care about everything else right now, just trying to get out before she does I guess....
I don't really know how everything is going to go at this point, It all depends on what kinda mood the judge is in I guess... We will see...
Oh yeah he said he didn't realize how many people cared about him, I told him that everyone around here is being very supportive... THANKS ALOT YOU GUYS!!! It means a bunch to both of us...
I am trying to get him out for a little bit before he actually has to go to court, but I dont know how it is going to work... Wish him luck, becuase that is the only thing that will save him...
I know that if I were his judge I wouldn't give him a bond, but maybe becuase of Annastasia he will, I dont know really...

jenn, when rob goes in front of the judge tell him not to make such a big deal of getting out right away but in time for the baby. if he makes the judge believe that all he wants to do is see the baby being born then maybe he will let rob out the week before but if he makes it a big deal to get out now the judge might take it as another way to escape, just a thought...

It could be 4 yrs... the is no telling... we are trying to get a bond reduction hearing right now to get him out before his daughter gets here... not sure what will happen though... Guess we will see....we are taking everything one step at a time... first step right now is getting a bond....
