Just pound some 2" nails up through the sole and leave the head of them exposed a little, should spark real nice!

I just use a pair of HEELYS for "skiing". Then when I want sparks, I use horseshoes...I think that's what most people use.

Use 4 inch nails and make sure your foot is inside the boot when you start hammering them in
