Huge loss. Sorry to hear. Things like this are more common than you think. Multiple accidents with motorcycles are caused by other drivers in vehicles. If you ever took a motorcycle course, you learn that riders pay way more attention to the rode. Also using your phone on a motorcycle is possible, you would rarely ever see someone using one. Drivers should pay more attention to whats around them while driving. Life can end in a split second of someone else's ignorant decisions/mistakes.

I f your wondering who I am I am Sherri's daughter Tara, I miss her dearly and Iagree that after a certain age your license should be took for good, Who cares if your eyes are still good elderly should not drive too many of our friends or family riding bikes are get killed or seriously injured by the elderly who don't look out for those bikers...

It makes me so angry to read about another in our family of riders lost because someone let an incompetent old bag keep her license. In Oregon and Cali they make you take an eyesight and driving knowledge test every year after 70 years old. But I believe that EVERYONE should have to take a driving test min every two years after 65, nothing too crucial, just like a ride along to gauge how alert the driver is because practicing the same bad habits behind the wheel for forty years makes that habit stick. In Japan I don't think they make the Japanese take any sort of driving test for older people, I took some road rash two weeks ago because of some old Japanese bastard.

Sorry for your loss r.i.p.... iv'e lost a couple friends that were riders....old people should not be riding just yesterday i old woman just omes into my lane and b4 i know it im on the doulbe yellow line and she still doesnt see me!

I think that all states should make everyone take a motorcycle safty class when getting their drivers licence. we who ride should not have to pay with our lives because of others ignorance!!!

everybody has their story,( I lost 2 of my best friends to motorcycles) I just wanted to say sorry for your loss. I hope you find some consolance knowing they died doing what they loved.
