i got my daycare paid for in kansas by the state, therefore i had to use 'state' lawyers to try and get my child support raised.

1.5 ******* years later,....still nothing. now....if they would've hurried up and got my **** raised i wouldn't have needed to get the 'help' from the state.

in my eyes, the system wants you on it because they take forever to get you off of it

The mortgage company did not convince you to buy a home. A home is not a short term investment, at least not anymore. Would you rather pay rent for 30 years?

 

Thats a high level assumption. The system is what causes that - pumping out all those inflated loans and putting people in houses they can't afford just so they could make a quick buck. **** the system.

 

A lot of mortgage companies will fail and it will keep mortgage companies from ******* over people with circus sideshow loans. Companies that were making a ton of money exploiting people will go belly up. It's like fight club with blowing up the credit card buildings. Erase the debt and let people be free.

You need to get yourself off the system. I realize that takes time. The system isn't perfect but it sure as hell doesn't help when people abuse it. If everyone was honest, it would probably work.

 

No matter what real estate values always go up. The market may go down like it did over the past few years but if you hold a property for 20 or 30 years there's no way youre not gonna double/triple your investment.

 

Nobody who can't afford it will be able to get a loan. If then can afford it they will still be able to get a loan.

 

i definitely agree with you on this. i do believe mortgages are a great long term investment.

 

no ones home value will increase like they did from 1975-2005 ... that was the housing bubble and it was caused by the system, housing will not be an investment like it once was - not again in our lifetime. The market will correct itself and housing will begin to rise again - but never will we see profits like people were seeing off their houses 4 - 6 years ago.

Thats the borrowers as much as it is "the system". Any time I did a loan for a borrower where they really shouldnt have been in that loan, they were pushing me to get it closed the whole way. All borrowers who took out 2 year fixed mortgages that go adjustable after the initial period, all knew the risks and still took them. Then they complained when their payments went up and a lot of people lied about how they were never told about that adjustable portion. Thats complete bullshit. They sign disclosures in the beginning which show that and they sign the closing docs which show that. The mortgage market meltdown shouldnt be blamed just on mortgage companies putting people into arm mortgages

I always liked the term "buyer beware". The loan companies didn't **** anyone, people fucked themselves. Were the terms of the loans not disclosed? Did they guarantee people that interest rates would never go up?
