Keeping on saying $250 is a bit obnoxious here. Not all custom seats from SCS cost $250

I think you found that material after seeing mine that SCS did. I paid $115 for my seats and some foam work.

Take it easy there skip lol - I was just goin based on what he said. $115 is more reasonable. I think anyones buggin payin $250 for seats for a stuntbike IMO. And yes I did buy these when I saw how groovy yours looked. And they still look better than mine coz my bike sees the floor a lot more than yours haha

but at $250, you'd damn near expect them to be warrantied even if you took a knife to them!

Anyone wanting their seats covered, personally I'd recommend finding someone who does motorcycle seats for 100ish, or just take it to a local upholstery shop. Or attempt it yourself for like $5-$10 in fabric

edit: nice seats talen
I wrap my own seats also, but do them ghetto with FUR lol.. But about $4 in fur is enough to cover both my seats like 10 times lol, and takes me like 20 minutes to re-do it anytime

Gotta change up the seats every paintjob lol
I dont charge $250 for seats. A stunt wrap is $140. If you want expensive exotic material, then you gotta pay the difference. If you want your seat(s) refoamed with closed cell foam...that costs money. I dont want everyone to think that a basic wrap costs you $250. Thats all....

Re: SCS - Josh @ Star Custom Seats = Bad Business

I left out that yes....prices were much cheaper a while back. However, bills are rediculous, and I gotta pay em and feed my kid. Like I said...seat cost vary depending on what you want. The more work involved...the more money you gotta spend. Thats how it works. Now that I am calmed down a bit, I can take suggestions from all of you. Im not here to force anyone into buying from me. Some guys like a flashy and clean bike...others dont care. For the flashy guys...I'm here. I have had thousands of FULLY satisfied customers, and like 3 unsatisfied. I'd say I've been doing ok. Why does everyone gotta hate. Facts should be straight before people start slingin ****. Rumors, rumors, rumors....he says, she says... IMO its a bunch of crap. I've twisted and bent for everyone that has asked or said "Budgets tight, but I love you seats". All anone has to do is call and bargain with me...I'm not a hard guy to get along with. And just FYI....the full warranty isnt just for PA riders. How MINI came up with that....I'll never know. I Full warranty my seams, and misc. **** like staples tearin up the foam. Its my bad if I didnt check the gun before I started shootin staples. The "Ultimate" seats (which I foam with HDCL foam, and I chose the materials after lots of testing), have the FULL warranty.

So...in conclusion....talk **** if you want. I dont have control over what people say about me, and frankly its really none of my business. Anyone that has issues just calls me and we talk about it. NEVER once have I ever had to deal with this ****. I've ALWAYS helped out when someone had ANY issue. But if you just come out THREATENING me....most likely I'm not gonna treat you like an adult...more like a kid

I never said **** here that has not been backed up, you have all this bullshit warranty garbage and "Fine Print" that never existed. If you think my original email to you was "Threatning" your a Joke.

So... In conclusion.. talk all the **** you want, My Gangster Bike will get fresh new seats by someone that stands behind there work. The Damage you have caused your own reputation here by not fixing the issue, and trying to justify it with excuses will live on long after this thread has been retired.
