I met possibly the biggest squid ever at a local hangout last saturday. Here are some of the better ones (word for word):
"Yeah, my FZ6 tops out at exactly 170"
"Sometimes I dump my clutch too fast leaving stop lights and stand the bike straight up."
"I have a helmet, but I never wear it because when I turn my head, it doesn't turn with me, it just stays facing straight and I can't see."
"I beat a R1 in the quarter. It was a sorry excuse for a bike, especially a 1000"
(After asking about the rash down the entire left side of his bike) "Yeah, I dropped it in wet grass, but was only doing about 5mph so it didn't mess it up that bad."

We let this guy have it so hardcore with some SL style hate (and some more rational thought out posts) to try and change his ways.

 

Says my 6'5" roomate with an '07 minty R1- "I'd stunt my bike out, but my bike has way too much power to stunt. Plus my center of gravity is too high."

 

the fz6 is garbage. my buddy has one and it tops at like maybe 150 lol. and he thinks since its naked that its a sweet stunt bike.

I was talking to a guy that lives in the same dorm as me and he was talking big about how he's apparently a superstar in the corners and I told him that I respected knee draggers, but I thought stunting was where it was at and he goes, "Yeah, I used to stunt the hell out of my bike, had a cage and everything, but I went back to stock lately." Somehow the bike he "stunted" is still mint. Maybe he's a superstar at stunting too.

 

Yeah I have met a few of those guys at the shop where I work. After a few min. into what was supposed to be a long day of riding I t seems like they are super stars on the straight leading into turns and then become super star early brakers. Then they become super star excuse makers, "Oh I forgot I have a flounder in the Oven, I need to go home and check on it. Maybe I will ride with you guys againsometime ." Never ask to ride with us again.
