I am not good with mechanical stuff. I am on the other-hand a computer technician. And if i want a fan to run constantly i just unplug the temperature sensor. By default if a computer cant get a proper reading it blows on high to prevent it from potentially overheating. I feel I'll get spammed for this because when it comes to bikes i have no idea.

Also running a fan on high constantly will also overwork the fan and you will have to replace it sooner than later.

just find the wires that go to your fan and tie them into something that is constantly on like your headlights

instead of running all the time you should cut the wires that go to the fan run them strait to the battery but on your positive wire bring it up to your bar area and put a fuse and a switch on it so you can turn it on when you stunt and off when your street riding. i did it and my bike never gets above 180 ever.

i've mounted a second fan, on it's own switch, so my standard fan still kicks in if the temp gets too high

i live in phoenix bro and done the fan mod to my gixxer and it works great...... you could run to a switch or into the fuse box and link it to something that comes on with the key. i.e. headlight, tail light... etc
