If you are 3 hours south of Chi and I'm 4.5 south of there that would put you 1.5 hrs north of me. You're math doesn't equate.

3 hours South of Chi is around Effingham. Marion is about another 1.5 hours from there. I don't know of any colleges around Effingham...Eastern Ill. Univ.?
Or there's Univ. of Ill. in Champaign/Urbana, but that's only about 2 hours South of Chi.

well I'm not exactly straight north of Carbondale or straight south of Chicago. LOL I'm an hour or two East or west from Central Illinois! hahaha
