one question?

are all Heavy duty shock springs the same size?

and are the shock springs suppose to slide over the fork extenders?

Re: one question?

Shock springs are for the rear shock and HD fork springs are for the forks. No. They are pinned to the top of the extender. I have the Two Bros. springs and Red Baron Fork Kit. Works great, but kind of stiff.

hammer and a upsidedown drillbit or a punch, its gotta be close to the exact same size of the pin

Re: one question?

I used rubber jaw covers on my bench vise and clamped the black plastic donut in. (BUT DO NOT CLAMP IT TIGHT) just enough to keep it from spinning. Then use a small pin punch to tap it out. Then you can take it all apart. Clamp the springs in a vise and unscrew the ends off. Install those on your new springs and reverse of disassembly.
