we do pushups i can do 60 in 2 min. i can do 7 pull ups right now though but i have to have my fingers facing towards me

 

I slacked off and got way less than I could have, but I have a PFT at the end of may, so we'll see what happens (I've been hitting the gym, therefore I think I'm buff)

 

With my arms or my pecker?!

i did 11 goin into bootcamp, coming out i got 18, then i hit the fleet and went down to 14 and since i broke my leg i aint PT'd for **** so, prolly 12 or 13 now...

 

nice my goal is 20 by december who knows..

 

IM in the army, but everyday before and after running I do mutiple sets of 20 pullups. I used to be able to to a set of 40 about 2 years ago. Army PT test I can do about 95-105 push ups in 2 min. about 85-90 situps in 2 min, and run a 12:15 or less 2 mile. I love working out and I am a little guy, 5'5'' 130 lbs. score maybe 340 on my last one

I have no choice but to make sure I get my twenty, I m not much of a runner and with the fact that Im short and stocky my weight is never were it should be. So I always have to make sure I get that first class so I get the extra room for error on the tape. gotta figure 20 PU and 100 Crunches gives you 200 to start all you need from there is to just finish run in under 28 min.

I've always been a crappy runner. But always did 20 pull ups 80 sit ups (back in the day) 120 crunches with the new system.
Typically I did the run in 23min. so I know I always had a 1st class pft. my best score ever was a 280 something, no it wasn't in boot it was actually my last pft 2 years ago.

I still run the pft on my own,,I know I'm wierd but I never did that 300 thing either and I still want it even if no body but me is keeping score.
My last 3 mile run was in 19.58. I will never stop running until i break the 18:00 mark.
I just keep getting better with age!

 

Right now I can only do about 9-12, and run a super shitty 2 mile(16 minutes or so, haha) but I drink too much and don't do anything soooo thats why. I got 105 crunches in 2 minutes though.


But, I'm not in yet thats just the once a month pft I do with all the other poolees.

I have better low body strength than upper body. I have broken to many bones in the arms. (BOTH LOL) for them to ever be completely healed.

 

i am in an army scout/sniper team and i do about 95-103 pushups, about 80-90 situps and run 2 mile in 12:20-12:30

varies but i get a 300 just about every time only thing that kills me is the situps.

my final PFT was 100 crunches, 21:19 3-mile, and 12 pull ups. i can do 15 though...i dunno what happened on the pft. whatever that scores out to be...

 

im in the army.. and can do 65 push ups.. 75 sit ups.. and run the 2 mile in 13 min.. im a skinny **** tho.. i need to start hitting the gym.. but im in iraq right now so it is hard..

 

just got out of prison now can do 100 pushups every 10 minutes forever and pullups 20 every 10 minutes like forever
