acually you can own one full auto pistols are totally transferable with a 200 dollar tax stamp from the ATF i know cause i have a class 3 dealers license it mostly requires alot of research from the atf the only problem is the atf does not like giving that info best bet is to get a decent hookup with a class 3 dealer and get the info from them if any one whats to know more about it feel free to pm me.... also if you screw up and break any laws with the atf you are literally screwed the atf with straight up lock you up lol.........i also build guns with civilian legal parts like HK UMP'S AND HK G36'S they are not full auto but any civilian can own them and if you want them with the short barrells it only requires a 200 dollar tax stamp

yes you can get a full auto gun or what eve but they have had to be registered befor may 86 as an nfa weapon. if that was done and the tax stamp was made then it can be transfered to a individual. but damn they cost alot of money i had an mp5 and i payed 15k for it. but sold it a year ago and made some money on it and i got to look like the cool guy at the range. lol

Isn't it best to start and LLC and then you can also put your wife/brothers/ or whoever on the "company" that way if something happened they could assume ownership? That's how we do it here in colorado...

yes that is the best way to do it that way you can bypass all the laws about having to have a business location and having to have hours where the general public can come in.. if you have a LLC you can own pretty much anything but the ATF does not like giving out info on it and you have to have your local sherriff sign off on all the paperwork which is hard to get sometimes lol

Re: First hand gun!

Sigmas suck hard. Terrible guns, thats why they are priced so cheap. Also .40 isnt the best round to go with for a 1st handgun unless you've got experience shooting others.

Re: First hand gun!

Whatever you buy. Get something with at least a 4" barrel if it is a auto. 3.5" or less get real hard real fast to be accurate beyond 20 yard's.
