bore prob. - Pocket Bikes / Mini Motos

i just put on a 44mm bore on my 47cc pocket bike, and now everytime i start it, its at full thottle and have no throttle control, i think it might be a piston ring.. is that why?

sounds more like a throttle cable problem

check to see if u have the throttle slide in the wrong way

nope i turned the throttle slide around and the throttle (Handlebar) didn't snap back

silly question but did you try the idle screw ?

hhmm if you have a big vaccum leak it can cause your bike to idle up but it would have to be a big leak .is the carb installed correctly ? and the part the carb slides over ,the intake

i will take it apart and check it tomorrow, what would it do if a pistn ring broke? and thanks for all the help.

it would smoke but that shouldn't make it idle high.....
