Ninja 250 speedos should be mostly accurate depending on the tires and other minor things as they're cable operated on a 250, so it goes by the rotation on the tire.

On newer bikes they speedo is controlled by the engine speed, so with you on the bike with wind resistance at any given rpm it's between 6-10% too high, so even at 115mph he would still be doing 100 which is way too fast on a Ninja 250 especially in those conditions in which a deer could possibly cross the road.

I hope you never get on a bike again, because you're too much of an idiot to realize that not only are you capable of making immature and irrational decisions while riding but you endanger everyone else on the road especially these girlies you're scooting around.
