I have a dumb question. I found a really good spot today for riding on the weekends, BUT there are cameras. Does anyone know if they check them all of the time and have you had any problems with places with cameras? Or do they just use the cameras normally for if they notice property damage, stuff stolen, ect. Yes I am a complete newb and My local spot is a no go now and I have been driving over an hour to ride and only on the weekends so I need to find a good local spot! It is at a shop.. Also there are not any No-trespassing signs so they couldn't get you for trespassing right?

 

if they bitch about you being there pack up and leave, otherwise yes, the cameras are there for security reasons

The cameras were the reason we lost the "B" spot here Nags you've been there, that lot was lost because the owner viewed the footage to see where all the ******* black marks were coming from, he had his attorney send out a letter seeking damages to Conrad and Jesse Toler for the marks....."security reasons" has a lot of definitions!

 

just ride until they throw you out you never know you may never have a problem or it could be a bust

HA HA...seriously!! IT depends on the place or the security guards watching the cameras. Of course some will be dicks and chase you off but others wont care as long as your not bothering anything.....plus they might like it cuz they got nothing else better to do. they might say something to ya but they gotta do that just to show their bosses that they are doing their job LOL

if theres cameras don't do burn outs to give them a reason to watch the tapes and find out you been riding there

 

we used to have a spot that the employees would watch the security tapes during lunch for entertainment , they would get bitchy if we weren't there for a while ....lol

 

dont do any burn outs, clean up your trash, leave it as if you were never there and they wont have any reason to review the tapes.

I got Bitched at hard core today because on the tapes I scrapped and the security camera showed it. Newly sealed Pavement and I fucked that **** up tapping a 12 a little too hard. Needless to say I broke my subframe.

 

I thought it would be okay until one day the owner rolled up and told me he had it all on film and he would call the law if I didn't leave. Never did burnouts and I even combed the lot for nails and what not on occasion. All it took was him seeing me one time and he kicked me out. Some people are just picky ab out their stuff. Tried to explain that I wasn't hurting anything and the kids in the neighborhood enjoyed but all he kept saying was "cops....no trespassing.....cops.....private property....cops......blah, blah, blah
I just packed up and left. I just go by on occasion and throw nails out in the driveway. hahahahahaha

 

Three words that nobody ever FREAKIN REMEMBERS! i hate it, we have a lot here in lakeland and everytime someone comes out thats the first thing they do.
