Angry Help With My Stunt Bike

i have an 01 zx9 ive been stunting it for a while now and i just recently had to put 87 grade gas in it everyone was out of 93 i put the gas in and it idles fine when tilted to the right but when straight up and down or tilted left it suptters backfires and dies i cleaned the carbs put fresh 93 in it and cleaned out everything fuel system related but it still does this if anyone has any knowlege of what this may be please help me out thank you

Sounds like you may have a stuck float needle from crap in tank. Try draining your bowls. It has nothing to do with the grade of gas...... To be safe, look inside your airbox and make sure nothing is in there like oil or gas or water......

Also, if that isn't the problem, check your wiring for deteriorated insulation. An intermittent short is my second guess......

i checked all the floats i completley took apart the carbs cleaned the jets float needles everything there is clean however before i did have a light power wire fry and i had to pull it out of the harness and re wire it and i do notice a slight clicking noise under the seat area ive been checking it out all day and cant find where its coming from but it does sort of sound like a wire arcing off onto something i will give that a further look now that u say that

i adjusted the float heights and it ran perfect for like about 25 min i got to my friends house and on my way home it started doing it again

thats cuz its a piece of ****. u shouldnt have let ur perfectly running full stunt setup 600rr get repoed!!

you flushed the tank? Did you look inside to see if there was gunk coming off of the inside walls? A funny thing about fuel systems is that it takes several tries to get it cleaned out... Try draining the bowls again with the fuel shut off? or the line kinked....... then refill. repeat a few times and it may help. It's a lot easier than pulling carbs...

Have you checked your plugs?

Also, have you checked your wiring for deteriorated insulation?
