Thats dope they are making those.. I had to weld my own from steel on my 01' and that ****** was invincible after.. jus throw in some low grade bolts to give way instead of your frame ears

I can still make these guys.. so for a Welded subframe- steel. without any of the "tapped" threads for the seats done.. id say 125. BOOM

with all the threads in the CORRECT stock spots etc.. I mean identical to stock 280 at least..

I can do it pm me guys if ur serial!

heres some pics.. and it doenst look so clean cuz 1: i dont give a **** and 2: this was a quick fix from demolising my alum stock one. I jus wanted to get on the road

it dotn look like much in the photos but believe none of those welds will break. and the low grade bolts u replace the stockl ones with WILL break before your frame ears

and if your worried about this so much like i was.. Drill out the center of the bolts.. I did that too- They never broke but i expect they would had i hit the 12 and catapulted the bike 4 feet in the air like i did before I drilled them out !!

LOL

you'll be fine untill you drag the **** out of it on the ground like me than you'll need to get a new one... for now i'd just go with a 12 bar and put it on your stock frame

yep thats what i would do have to say im not a fan of scraping skitching and stuff like that, i just wanna get the BP as soon as posible and try to never hit the ground, atleast voluntarily. Hope that will help me a lil bit..
