1000rr stunter

Here it is guys and girls. Honda pulls it off again. This is not a Photoshop image or concept bike. Rumors of a V4 in this beast but I don't think Honda will replace the most popular inline 4 they've had in a liter bike for a V4. Either way I'm trading my 06 CBR 1000RR in for this bitch when it comes out. Or I just might buy this one cash.

On a personal note, I love what they've done with this bike. I've always like the undertail but this stubby looks sleek and sexy. And I know a Jardine GP1 would sound and look ****'n sweet on this bike. They say its got the frame design and measurements of the RC212. Its going to weigh around 368 IBS dry and have around 172HP So one bad *** MoeFoe.

I can say 100% for sure that the '08 CBR 1000rr will NOT change to anything other than an inline four.
The U.S. model is not yet finalized, so don't expect any production bike pics for another couple months. The undertail exhaust will most likely return because of U.S. emissions laws.
It will be lighter than any of its competition from Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Suzuki. It will also have more power than any current models, but will not necessarily be the most powerful '08 literbike.

As is usually the case with Honda's bikes, what really sets the '08 1000rr apart from the competition will be more related to the feel of the bike rather than graphs and numbers.

After all, anyone can go buy a literbike and make it faster by putting on power commanders, aftermarket exhaust, lightweight wheels brakes and chains, and many other modifications.
Feel is most important, and the '08 1000rr will be the best, hands-down.
