CBR Fouling????

i high sided the other day....bike ran like crap under 3 grand
above 3K rpm its fine........the #4 Cyl is getting too much fuel..
with the air box off and the bike not running..there is fuel dumping into the engine?.....what would cause this?...
should i rebuild the carbs?...did something get bent?
its a 95 CBR900RR with like 8 k miles on it....it keeps fouling that #4 plug???..
any help would be appretiated

Is it fouling brand new plugs???

If not, once a plug is fouled, it should be replaced.

If so, check to see if the #4 plug is getting enough spark.

If its got adequate spark, check the fuel screw setting, check to see if the idle air circuit is clogged with dust or dirty oil, also check the float height on the #4 carb.

fuel leaking is caused by a stunck needle valve or damaged float, tap on the float bowl w/ a hammer handle, or pull it off and check it out

....

Thanks for the reply...i have an update:
I pulled the carbs and opened the float bowl..everything looked okay..the float and the needle look good....i wanted to reset the float level but the specs are from whatever jetkit it has in it so i didnt touch it .....i replaced the plug and it ran mint for like 10 mins then it started fouling that plug again...so i said eff it and took it to the cloverleaf and beat the snot out of it....by the time i got home (after a hour of beating on it) it was running mint??...i have no idea why.....but i replaced that plug and now its running mint again?...nice and smooooth in like 2nd gear from 2k rpms all the way up to the red.....so i think something was clogged and it dislodged.....but thanks anyways
