99 900RR Question

Does anyone know what the stock bhp should be on a 99 900RR? I had mine dyno at 114.6 and was shocked. Something is not right. anyone know of hand??

114.6 ISN'T BAD IF YOUR BIKE IS STOCK,BUT IF IT'S JETTED AND HAS A GOOD PIPE IT SHOULD RUN ABOUT 118 OR SO !!!

that's it for the 900RR? My heavy *** diesel 96 RF900R dynos 125RWHP, surely the 900RR was making more....

most of Ill. altitude is allmost 1000' (750-800 i think) above sealevel, there is a 4 % power loss for every 1000' of altitude.

I guess I wasn't that far off then. I just thought the 900 should put out more hp. All that is done to the bike is a D&D full system (Which I will never buy again), Stage 1 jets, and a K&N Filter. Jetting the bike to the K&N was not fun, but a Dyno helps allot.
