Right on the first count, but the ratio can be set by the board admin to anything.. Ratios were adjusted like what, 4 months ago? so now no one can ever hope to reach your sort of rep power again.

Dark represent 100, light represent 200 points.
that makes perfect sense. I have just about 900 points and I have 5 DARK GREEN and 2 LIGHT GREEN...

ALL 5 DARK GREEN = 500 points (at 100 points each)

and

ALL 2 LIGHT GREEN = 400 points (at 200 points each)
