I bought an xbox from Wangsta and he sent it. I liked it so I paid $317 for a second one, only this time he didnt return my emails, kept my money and never sent the box. I used paypal to try to get my money back and I got back $18.50 out of the $317.00. I talked to paypal on the phone and they mentioned furthur action including legal action. I just want everyone else to be aware that this guy is a fraudulant piece of s*** and will rip you off if he gets the chance.

If he told you it was going to be after he got back from WI then you need to be patient. He did send you the first one which makes it apparent he had a reason for not emailing or sending the Xbox out for the second order. So how exactly long did you wait for the second Xbox before believing you were getttnig screwed? I have dealt with Wangsta on the Xboxs many times without a problem and he was up front with me about the time frame. To be exact I have had him help my with 5 Xboxs and 1 PS2 without one single problem. From what he has told me he was upfront with you too.

Hey "Famtrecrew" your and Fing jackass. I know Wangsta and I knew he told you it wouldn't be until this week. If you want something in the future and the store (or someone) tells you how long it will be..............guess what? It will probably take that long and for a reason. Wangsta got sent out of town for over week for work. Your the one who lost a good source for xbox and ps2 ****, good luck. Delete the post or apologize is my suggestion.

Looks like my mail washer had you blacklisted that has been removed as well. if someone mails me more then twice in a period of time they get blacklisted.

Well it had an xecutor 3 in it.. a 120 gig hard drive and installed.

so..

158 xbox with tax
45 for executor
89 for 120 gig drive

292 total plus 12 to ship.

I am glad that you can understand my frustration. I can see how this would happen with the email and everything. It is just when you sent your last email you said it would be shipped on like the 7th of jan and then around the 19th I still could contact you and hadnt heard anything about it. That is why I turned to paypal, only because I paid you for it on the 8th of december and you only have 45 days to make a claim on a purchase. When you refund the money ill post on here and PM you to make sure you know that I got it.

 

Well I am sure you dont know the whole story, otherwards you would have understood. And the last time i talked to wangsta (an email sent on the 5th of jan which was a wendsday) he said he would be shipping it on friday which would have been the 7th. I would of had it before now if that would have happened.

 

Doesn't matter either way he is giving your money back. I do know you couldn't find a new xbox anywhere in this area of Michigan till the 2nd week of Jan. because they were all sold out.

Wangsta still did not make an attempt to contact me through pm's or emails and still did not refund my money like he said.

 

I authorized paypal to take the 300 from my bank one account in which they did on the 3rd. I dont know what else to do.. I authorzied them to take it to settle your claim.

I still recieved no money from paypal or from your account. I will be calling paypal tommarow in regards to this.

 

Wanksta, I talked to paypal and they said you did deposit the money into your account but it is put on hold because you have other buyer complaints that need to be resolved. The only way I can get the money from you is if you log into your paypal account and simply send the funds manually to my account. sgallion@linkline.com If you do this then I can cancel the dispute. The only other option is you need to deposit enough money to cover all of the open disputes in your account before I can get my money.
