yes, you can go too slow...if you stall out all the tiem you are either going too slow or need to feather the clutch..or both!

you s hould go in on the idle at first, and let the idle initiate the turn, then use the gas to keep the front up.

I never had any luck running under 15psi for circles. Any lower than that, and I was always high-siding. My best advice is to stop trying circles for a couple days, and just get used to riding with 20 pounds or so in your tire. It will be like re-learning all the stuff you know...the bike wil react much quicker to throttle and steering/lean inputs. Before you get circles, you have to have complete control of a normal wheelie first. Like I said earlier, I am still perfecting these things....someone like Teach may have some better input, but this is what worked for me.

i know the bikes acts completly different with the more air pressure...

this is all good advise..

and we finaly got a how to circle wheelie sticky.

somebody just mede the other the sticky.

everybody will be able to see the sticky since it will always be up.
