The peavey Vypyr's sound very good for a modeling amp IMHO. My friend has a vypyr 15 and it impresses me everytime with the stock distortion settings, suprisingly versital(sp?) amp.

I don't have a house so big amps are out of the question for me, although i'm prolly going to pick the new 60W 6505 or the bugera 6260 212 combo.

I'm using a crate GFX-15 and Boss MT-2 metal zone...

using the bicycle brake, and a foot brake, takes a bit of time. i'd say it helps alot tho. i learned all kinds of brake tricks on my bicycle (HC coasters, seat stander coasters, loooong ass coasters)...
