in July I pay pal'd the guy $190 for an f4i tank. never got it. he agreed to refund my money, but never refunded my $190. I've been going through a bunch of BS with pay pal and my credit card company to reverse the charges. Jacob Van Malden aka Seal Clubber stop being a dick bag, and just give me my money back since you cannot produce a gas tank that will be delivered.

in round 2 of disputing charges with my c.c. company. I have some leverage, saved PM's of his agreement to refund. I wouldnt do business with him again.
