Just Arrived 3 Attachment(s) So these came in the post last night, all the way from the good ol' USofA :YEAH Looks good, now how do i fit it (lever not the t-shirt :LOL ) looks like there's two positions to fit the cable, which does what and what does everyone else run? |
Re: Just Arrived the one closest to the bars to make it pull easier:cheers |
Re: Just Arrived Cheers Will, looking at fitting it this weekend before i ride to the motogo :LOL can't wait t try it, my fingers have been aching from using the standard clutch |
Re: Just Arrived ez pull is fancy stuff for girls...haha... |
Re: Just Arrived so what you running? standard set up????? |
Re: Just Arrived yeah hole nearest the bars works best, it was amazing on my cbr. So good that goodluckmonkey flipped the bike first time he got on it hehe. It really was amazingly light but unfortunately I snapped it!! got a new one on the way though :YEAH |
Re: Just Arrived love mine! |
Re: Just Arrived
yeah hole nearest the bars works best, it was amazing on my cbr. So good that goodluckmonkey flipped the bike first time he got on it hehe.
Ahh Fame! Just need the fortune now :banghead |
Re: Just Arrived tip: don't tighten the perch up fully, leave it so it will twist with a firm push, that way it shouldn't snap on impact, the lever itself may snap but the perch should spin round... obviously it needs to be tight enough not to move when you pull it.. but no tighter than that... I done mind up fully and it snapped the perch :banghead. |
Re: Just Arrived also some people take out the big bulky adjuster and put stock back in for clearence of rb issues. also make sure the groove for the cable is facing away from you or it will eat cables's and be carefull of the little tabs that moves the adjuster they break easy. |
Re: Just Arrived
so what you running? standard set up?????
was on stock, but 900rr perch/adjuster sucks - it keeps adjusting itself :LOL , so now I have 600rr and it works perfect... |
Re: Just Arrived cheers guys, got it fitted, i'm gonna go un tighten it a bit and check where the adjuster slot and the cable meets |
Re: Just Arrived enjoy it, and say goodbye to hand aching. the only problem i have had is that i cant feel it slip for rolling burnouts anymore but im slowly getting used to it |
