B1H Steel foot peg hangers
 

Hello Chaps
A couple of other riders have asked me to make some steel foot peg hangers as the B1H ones snap off real easy.
Ive now drawn them up and im ready to lazer cut them out. They a direct bolt on replacement with some machining and fabrication done to the lazers. I will get them black powder coated when they are done. Does any body want a set ??? I will do these at cost although i have not yet worked out how much that will be. It wont be a lot !!! I just wanna know roughly how many to make as im only gonna do one batch of these.

Ive also made a ally lazer cut frame that stops the rad from falling apart as they do. The frame is tigged to the front of the standard rad frame (which i can do for ya if ya dont have any body local) and the rear frame bolts on the standard bolt holes. Any one interested ???

The other thing ive been asked for is front large diameter foot pegs (Billet). A bit like BMX pegs. Ive not done these yet as dunno how many will be interested.

Can ya let me know if any one is interested as i wanna lazer these this week. Cheers Vandal

if you make then too strong they may break the tabs off the frame when you crash so don't go too thick

it's a guy from a streetfighter forum that im on but i think with folding pegs it would make a good stunt rearset because it's steel you could bend it back after a wreck but because it's made from little rods i don't think it would be strong enough to brake the tabs off the frame

Hey Roger they look like some thing OCC have made !!! I love chopper stuff but not on my stunt bike ha ha. Your also right roger i have made these from 10mm plate but they are quite thin on the arms so it bends rather than breaking the frame.

perfect and that way if you bend it in a crash your day isn't over ,you can just bend it back :cheers
