Street Gear for an XR100
 

Does anyone know how I should go about putting street tires on my XRhunard? Do I have to change the rims? and I am a cheap ass also so nothing too frigin $$$$$expensive......it only an XR 100

I'd go with Pirelli.
I put the MT 75 (100/80/16) on the rear, and the Sport Demon (100/90/19) on the front.
If I remember correctly, one of those tires is what comes on a stock Buell Blast.

I raced and XR100 in an endurance race on stock size rims and Battlax BT-45's on them. They chattered a lot instead of sliding.. I dont remember anything else about them except lowsiding because I tired to chuck it into a hairpin like a sportbike.. My fault or the tires??? You decide...
