What to do?

I just sold my 04 R6 and I want a motard.
I'm looking at the Husqvarna SM450 and the DRZ400SM.
I know the suzuki is very reliable and beginner friendly but what about the Husqvarna?

Hello!

We have 2006 DRZ400SM for Stunting, whit sprockets etc. Nice bike but not so "race"engines like Husq and others.
Also back suspension spring is too soft for stunting.
Here is couple photos of that bike:

Yeah thats what I liked about Husqy. The SM610 is made for daily use, so the maintenance is cake. I'm on supermotojunkie.com I just wanted to see what these guys thought of them.

Whatever I get I'm not stunting it all out, just some basic wheelies and hooliganism

Vortex 60 tooth sprocket

yeah 610 is made for the street and of course you can throw down wheelies everynow and then, it wll be a bit more heavy than the other bikes like the 450's but it wll still be great on the street.

I have a older KTm 620 its great on the street but its not the greatest for stunting bit heavy but its pretty nice to screw around on.

No side panels on it at that point, repainting and putting on new graphics.

Nice bike man--street killer--can't be as heavy as a full size sportbike though....

Re: What to do?

first off dont buy a suzuki there heavy underpower turds, Huskys are great but ktms are better. I have owned all drz400,husky sm610,ktm 525sm, and a ktm 625smc the ktms are 10x's better then the rest parts are a little easier than husky, you can find a used 625 for around 4800 that will be perfect or a used 620sm for around 3500. if your looking to do alot of street riding stick with a 610 or 625 there made to handle steet riding better the 400's and 525 are more race oriented so they need more attention to the motor
