Deer were moving a lot around here. I passed on a few does waiting on the shooter that I figured would be trailing but never saw him. My buddy on the opposite side of the woods had movement from over 15 in a few hours.

yesterday i was up at 4:30 am, to the field about 6:15, walked about 1/2 a mile and up in the tree about 6:45. Got down around 11:15.

Ha I get into my stand no later than 6 out by around 11 then back in a different stand from 1 till 5. The morning stand it's a big tree fort it fits 3 ppl with a roof and heat lol

I wondered that too, and even after my first time out I was like man sitting around doing nothing sucks, but then I shot my first one and the full on adrenalin/testosterone rush from taking a deer blows away any rush I ever got from any "extreme" sport ... it does suck when it's 19 degrees out - but then I remember how good they taste :LOL
