i think i know the answer after 2 years asking myself the same question :LOL its the first time i see that cones circuit.. its made for people whos taking out the driver's license so i guess theres always bikes running inside there. yeah it doesnt explain why cops dont give a shit about sportbikes doin stunts but who cares:YEAH nice pics
