Re: Photoshop masters!? BAM! this is a serious 5 minute hack job. :LOL |
Re: Photoshop masters!? Shit, thats what I ended up with. Color replace doesn't work with black for me or on the wheels. |
Re: Photoshop masters!? thats actually pretty good. Do you guys like the look? Thanks! |
Re: Photoshop masters!? just make sure you clean your bike often if you go with white. gonna get dirty quick. |
Re: Photoshop masters!? make sure they put clear over it even if you powder coat it |
Re: Photoshop masters!? I think it looks like hot gahbage. Just looks kinda funny if you ask me - since you asked for opinions :shruggs But go for it if you like it :shruggs |
Re: Photoshop masters!? yeah not sure about the white frame and wheels.. def around the swingarm area.. it'll get too dirty. Black out the Wheels and Frame / Swingarm and and make the Plastics White... that's what i'm thinking of doing to my F4i .. |
Re: Photoshop masters!? i powder coated my wheels white and had white cage and round bar on my red 636. looks sick but yes the wheels get dirty quick and the powdercoat was orange peely so it was a bitch to clean. mine had side fairings but no upper. yours would look much better streetfighter if you go with white. think about black or viper red for the plastics. i think viper red with a little black here and there would be the shit. |

Re: Photoshop masters!? or keep your bike orange but paint all the black on the plastics white. seems good in my head :shruggs that would go with the white powdercoated parts better |
Re: Photoshop masters!? i like the way it looks now |
Re: Photoshop masters!?
i like the way it looks now
yup!! paint those wheels to match the orange and it'd look sick:2cents |
Re: Photoshop masters!? Leave it. with that color you pretty much have the best combo now. |
Re: Photoshop masters!? save yourself a billion headaches and don't go with white. I had the blue and white gixxer 750 with the white wheels, they were impossible to keep looking remotely clean. .2 seconds after cleaning them they would accumulate funk. Agreed, it looks good like it is, I definitely 2nd doing the wheels the same color as the bike. Looks good |
Re: Photoshop masters!?
i like the way it looks now
+1 that thing is clean. leave it |
Re: Photoshop masters!? Pink with a brown stripe and gold plated wheels |
Re: Photoshop masters!?
make sure they put clear over it even if you powder coat it
I was told by my local powdercoateds you cant clear white cause its turns a yellowish tint i have Anyway i ended up having a buddy do my wheels white on the F4 and this is a shitty pic but to give an idea And now i have a F4i so i have to powder those wheels but well worth it White does get dirty but there is no better wheel color |
Re: Photoshop masters!? I like the way it looks now. Maybe go with the same color orange on the wheels. Get the photoshop guy to try that and see how it looks. |
Re: Photoshop masters!? Nice color scheme you picked there,I had white rims on my old gsxr and I literally cleaned them 2 or 3 times that summer and they were fine, also I clear coated my new bike with the flake in it as you seen and only my lower tripple came out with a little bit of a yellow thingh in it. If you are looking for a good powdercoater with resonable pricing let me know, I can point you in the right direction. |
