What seperates Amateurs from Pros So my questions are. What seperates the pros from am. Who can compete and what skill level do you need to be at to compete as AM. I see guys that can KILL all combos of circles but cant do a stoppie or burnout/drift. And then theres guys that can roll high and long and kill burnout combos but can barely do circles. So whats the Answer. whats the opinions? |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros Good question, I was thinking about this the other day |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros dont even think about it hickman!! |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros I think the pros are the ones that can kill every aspect of riding. They're well rounded and can do everything, at least to some degree. Ams just don't have everything figured out the way pros do. They might be able to pull one group of stunts well because that's what they've put the most time into, whereas pros have spent hours learning it all. Plus, pros should have an extra sense of style and smoothness that an amateur most likely won't have developed yet. |

Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros From what I've seen (which isn't a whole lot) is that most riders have a different style some am look better than some pros on certain things... I could just be smoking crack though |

Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros If you're asking then you're not pro |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros Im pro |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros I don't think he's trying to put himself in either category... |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros you get your shit for free=pro |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros T/c does the alphabet in high chair, cursive too! |
Re: What seperates Amateurs from Pros the main difference is going to be consistency. an am rider and pro rider might have most all the same tricks under their belt, a pro will be able to execute them at will where an amature will have a higher rate of mistakes in their riding. |
