Re: Friend Ate it..

Glad he is Ok , on monday @ 8-9pm I was hit head on from a car pulling out of a shopping center. He Hit me 90% head 2 head and a little to right front, I had to do a stoppie to by time, but unfortunatly he never looked he kept turn left into my turning lane.... as I was about 12 ' oclock on front wheel his bumper made contact with my bike, i managed to hold BP for a good 5 sec. then I scream you mother fucker @ him he looked, was bad news to startle him, he then tried to stop with both feet and slipped off brake onto gas pedal, launching my bike into the air with me still on it... as I gain height I pushed bike towards uphill and I ended up airborn and down the hill, all gear on next to no road rash and 0 bike damage yeah Zero I can't freggin believe it either... god was my copilot or something along that matter... I was lucky my joints and bones still ache and the meds barely help....
In the summer time it's easy to forget/not want to wear all that gear isn't it? One spill like this is all it takes to make you remember too. Glad your friends okay and looks like he did get lucky not doing a lot worse. :2cents
Gear is a must... Unless you like having your skin peeled away by hot asphalt, that is.
