Hey I can pick up a used tank to use as a dented tank but my friend that is selling it says its corroded. Is there any way to clean thsi out so that its usuable or is it not worth it and keep looking around. And if its possible to clean it how can this be done?

There is enough liquids to pull the corrosion,buy one.
