Only way he could do anything that I know of is if people filed noise complaints, which from what it sounds like isn't likely.

The only thing they might try to say is if you didn't have the entrance to the lot blocked by cones or anything...sometimes they can f*ck you and say since there's access to a road you can't do it....oh yeah, FTP

I've been told i can get reckless on private property too. It has to be blocked off to keep random ppl from driving through otherwise they can get ya. Wouldn't it be nice if they made this information public knowledge before they gave us tickets for breaking laws we didn't even know existed?
