[COLOR=White]The [B]BMW S1000RR[/B] is a [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport_bike"]sport bike[/URL] initially manufactured by [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_Motorrad"]BMW Motorrad[/URL] to compete in the 2009 [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superbike_World_Championship"]Superbike World Championship[/URL],[URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_S1000RR#cite_note-MCNintro-2"][/URL] that is now in commercial production. It was introduced in [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich"]Munich[/URL] in April 2008,[URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_S1000RR#cite_note-MUSAintro-3"][/URL] and is powered by a 999 cc [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inline-four_engine"]inline-4[/URL] engine redlined at 14,200 rpm.[/COLOR]In March 2010, BMW released a video on [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YouTube"]YouTube[/URL] titled "The oldest trick in the world", which highlighted the S1000RR's acceleration by pulling a tablecloth off a long 20-seat dining table without disturbing the [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_setting"]place settings[/URL] and table decorations. Its popularity turned the ad [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viral_video"]viral[/URL], with 1.4 million views in the first ten days,[URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_S1000RR#cite_note-8"][/URL] and more than 3.7 million views as of October 2010.
