Its lowered so my girl could ride it, i cut the bars so i could pull the suspension up, just lowered the rear as much as it could go, it runs fine but for the last year ive been pulling parts of it, rear brake like little bolts here and there. Its not worth shipping this thing, but if someone is local or near NY (Carmel) you can come get it just make me a little offer :cheers
