Sunday's Ride & Lakeland on the 8th

Nay Nay was nice enough to remind me about Stuntwars coming up the day after the open track day at Moroso! Thank You!!

Who's going to Lakeland on the 8th for the event and will you be cage'n it or riding?

Here's a couple of shots that were snapped off from Sunday's ride.

We'll be trailering the bikes up there, then on to Jennings. When are you heading up?
Cool pics! Did I hear correctly, about some kind of incident in the recent past?
My daughter's 3rd B-Day is on the 5th and I am not sure if we will be having it on the actual day or on either Sat or Sun (7th-8th). This will determine where I get to go. I would love to hit up both but it does not look that way.

As far as my recent "INCIDENT" goes.. Ya. On Tuesday night heading to Hooters, I did not make it out of my neighborhood. There are no street lights and everything was pitch-black. I did not see a "CRAP LOAD" (so to speak) of horse shit in the apex of a turn and basically the front washed out, sliping into the sugar sand on the shoulder of the road. I had two options, 1) low siding it into a VERY LARGE palm tree which did not look to appealing and 2) trying to get the front wheel back on the blacktop. Well needless to say, the second the front end hit the road, the bitch SNAPPED me through the front windscreen like I was hit by a bus and few just about 25-30ft down the road. Bike stopped 10-15ft away from me after grind'n down most of my Carbon Fiber frame slider. If you were to look at the bike, you would never guess that it was as violent as it was. We both made out pretty well, minus (Road Rash, F**k'd Up Knee, F**k Up Shoulder, F**k'd Up Hip, etc, etc etc,) LOL The stink of it was I thought I had missed the MONSTEROUS palm tree by 10 or more feet, but when I went back in the morning to see how far I LAUNCHED, :) I saw that I had really only missed that big bitch by less then a foot and a half! Now that could have been ugly.

Anyways, glad you like the photo's, they were taken this Sunday so I guess my ass is healing up just fine.. ROFL

Wear the gear people.. I can't imagine how f*ck'd up I would have been without it. And that was only a 30-35 mph highside.

Let Ricochet or myself know who wants to go to Stuntwars, maybe we can meet up in the morning and all follow each other.

Re: Sunday's Ride & Lakeland on the 8th

That would be cool but since I have no idea what anyone looks like, this seems like it's gonna be interesting to find people. We'll be screaming "HEY RENO, WHERE ARE YOU??" :laughing Maybe we'll try and wear something with our screen names on it. There are going to be a lot of Stuntlife members there so it would be cool if we all had a name tag or something to let everyone else know their screen name. :cheers

Can always make a "ROLODEX" of SL members and call people on the cell. Or meet at a specific spot before entering the motorsports park, etc etc. Just a few thoughts!

BTW: Reno-The cow suite is PIMP! Need to wear that on a track day over leathers. :laughing :YEAH
