I love HAI, Had 1 prob with a headlight that took me a month to get, but after not receving it after a week or so I called them and he explained... A REAL COMPANY THAT ANSWERS AND EXPLAINS!!! HAI FOR PRESIDENT!!!

 

i got an order in right now an i ****** love HAI !!!

 

yeah took me like 3 months to get some axle slides from them once....

i make my own now.

 

im not impressed with hai at the moment

i ordered more than $1000 worth of gear in late December and im still waiting for it now ive sent 4 emails asking when it had been posted or even if its being posted and nothing. not even a "im not sure let me look for you"....... nothing , they were fine when i was asking questions about shipping cost and gear prices but has sooon has they get your money they dont wanna answer your fucken emails

and let me tell you that in perth (australia) the stuntors are having to wait 3-4 months before getting what they have ordered

so at the moment the W.A stunt team from perth isnt very happy with hai

thats what they have told 4 of us so far but yet everytime 3-4 months

they have told 1 of those 4 ppl that its the manufactures end that its getting held up at and yet we've ordered different items from different manufactures

 

Haha, yeah, good pick-up, but he's right, lots of us have had a loooong wait.
I think part of it is probably USPS taking their sweet time, but I've found HAI seems to put international orders at the bottom of their "Things To Do" list, and even email responses seem to take a while when you mention Australia

 

never ordered anything from hai but my omr got here under two weeks


i had a package arrive this week by usps 11 days after buying it

all the boys over here in Perth are pissed with HAI right now.... bad communications to Aussie customers (after payment has been made), 4 month waiting period for most **** etc.

Freestyle Ingenuity sent me out 2 crash cages (over Xmas period) through USPS and they arrived within 10 days. Greg was awesome throughout the whole thing too. very prompt service.

needless to say, i wont order anything through them if i need it asap.

 

duffer i shipped it the day i got the money so the the two weeks included you mailing me money ...but i have pay pal now:YEAH

 

well if it was just one of you guys i guess it would be understandable. but ALL of you are having problems........doesnt that tell you anything. pick up a phone and quit emailing. Its got to be something to do with you guys being half way around the world im sure. Tice is always on point with his business.
