Buy an aprilia SR50 and then you buy an 180cc 2stroke Piaggio engine in italy...you can put the 180cc engine without any problems under your SR50 Chassis !!!

Im starting to think about it, the SR50 is really everything I wanted and as close to a Aerox as I can find here in the states...

Whatever bike/scooter comes up the cheapest and strikes me as a "I must have it" purchase will be the next project.

why? you can stunt on 50ccm without much problem...but it must be carb version, not fuel injected...

but if you want to buy Big Bore Piaggio Engine, look for 150 (air cooled version)...from Aprilia SR 150...i think it's better for stunt than 180LC

Malossi Multivar, Malossi 172ccm...on 150 and there you go

it's very small difference between those two engines...180LC maybe a lil bit better on performance...but i would use 150 for stunt because of the air cooling system

Haha so I finall figure out the pimp scooter I want...but apparently the older Aprilia are the "elite" scooter to have... grand for a 01'?

Yes It's aircooled but it isn't the problem...it's rear drum...

drum can be also good...on my slider it brakes better than gilera stalker with rear disc brake

the most air cooled scooters are only with front break disc.. only i know Honda X8R have 2 discs and is air cooled... there are a few more models but i cant remembar which exactly..

No...because after a bit it brakes worse and you must "repair" the drum...
At the beginning it brakes like disc but than it lose in power and feeling...

@crazynrg: also the stalker has 2 disc and it is aircooled

i didn't change anything and it brakes very good...scoot is 8 years old lol

i drove SR (minarelli LC with both disc)...you can't even compare that rear brake and rear brake on my slider...a lot worse (but still good to wheelie)

sick dude.. i forgot the stalker.. its beast with two disc breaks .. and now im thinkin to trade my nrg mc3 for stalker very good engines, perfect for stunting.. with some more mods it can be the best scoot for stunting :D for me the stalker is better then AC vertical scooters / slider, bws.. /
